Oven-Baked Meat with Vegetables Recipe

✅ Ingredients:

  • Meat (beef, lamb, or chicken): 1.5 to 2 lbs (cut into chunks or left whole)

  • Vegetables:

    • Potatoes (2–3, peeled and cubed)

    • Carrots (2, sliced)

    • Onions (1–2, chopped or sliced)

    • Bell peppers (optional, sliced)

    • Zucchini or broccoli (optional)

  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced

  • Olive oil: 3 tbsp

  • Salt and pepper: to taste

  • Paprika, thyme, rosemary, or Italian herbs: to taste

  • Lemon juice or vinegar: 1 tbsp (optional for extra flavor)

  • Water or broth: ½ cup

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare the Meat:

  • Pat the meat dry with paper towels.

  • Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and any herbs you like.

  • Optional: Sear the meat in a hot pan with oil for 2–3 minutes per side to lock in flavor.

3. Chop the Vegetables:
